Donald J. Pols is an attorney with over 30 years of experience specializing in all manner of tax, civil and commercial litigation. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York and received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University in 1983.
In 1984, Mr. Pols was admitted as a member of the New York State Bar Association, the United States Tax Court, and both the Eastern and Southern United States District Courts of New York.
Since 1984, Mr. Pols has represented the interests of his client before the Internal Revenue Service, New York State Department of Taxation and Federal Courts. He has also litigated many complicated civil and commercial cases, as well as civil and criminal tax cases.
