Abraham “Avi” Bloomenstiel, of counsel, is a Texas attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, federal bankruptcy litigation, tax-related bankruptcy disputes, and estate tax planning.
Mr. Bloomenstiel graduated magna cum laude in 2001 from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree cum laude from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in Dallas, TX.
Avi Bloomenstiel is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He is also admitted to the Dallas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and is a member of the Texas Center for Legal Ethics.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Bloomenstiel writes and publishes on issues of law and technology.
